When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery (free of charge) take a maximum of 7 working days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.
If your order takes some time to arrive, please excuse us, this is due to the large number of orders to be shipped, as our manufacturing facilities are not located in France.
If you still have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us.

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge.

If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER
Something wrong with the Post Office? Package lost, broken, destroyed?
With our secure delivery, The Virtual Projector will take care of any disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We don't blame the carrier by letting you "fend for yourself". We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
It is absolutely possible to cancel your order! However, if the order is already being prepared, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM
We are only able to accept a return in the case of a proven product defect.
Our articles undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to email@example.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
